Qualifications

• Proficient in reliability tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
• Strong CMMS/EAM knowledge and application in maintenance and reliability.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
• Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on asset lifecycle management.
• Implement and manage CMMS data related to asset reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment uptime and efficiency.
