Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Reliability Engineer for opportunities in West Michigan, including Newaygo. This role focuses on building reliability through predictive maintenance, RCA, FMEA, and CMMS data management in manufacturing environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in reliability or maintenance roles and a solid background in reliability tools and data analysis using Minitab/JMP/Python/R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or similar roles in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (Minitab, JMP, Python, R) for interpreting reliability data.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM) for managing asset data and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
• Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability trends.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve asset reliability.
• Lead and facilitate FMEA sessions.
• Implement and manage CMMS data related to asset reliability.
