Job summary

Teasdale Latin Foods in California is seeking a Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer to help ensure the reliability of production facilities across multiple sites. Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, you will lead data-driven analyses and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in maintenance reliability within manufacturing (food industry preferred), strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance reliability in manufacturing (food industry preferred).
• Strong data interpretation skills to drive improvements.
• Experience with FMEA, RCM, and reliability testing.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies like vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and oil analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment reliability data to identify trends.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies and schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes.
• Apply FMEA and RCM to optimize maintenance plans.
• Perform reliability testing on new equipment installations.
• Evaluate upgrades and their impact on reliability.
• Document maintenance procedures and performance metrics.
• Provide guidance to maintenance teams during repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production on improvements.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
