Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Senior Reliability Engineer to contribute to the development and qualification of power tool products. You will define test methods, analytics, and product requirements to deliver durable, market-leading tools and robust data-driven decisions.

The role involves mentoring engineers, coordinating with global labs, and applying advanced data analytics to improve reliability and performance across complex trades tools. Brookfield, Wisconsin-based, on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or related engineering field with 5 or more years of experience in product development, systems, reliability, test, and/or quality roles.
• Experience with analytical problem-solving and statistical methods (DOE, regression, reliability, hypothesis testing).
• Experience with reliability test methods (HALT, accelerated life testing) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop test methods and repeatable procedures for global test labs to evaluate product performance.
• Lead reliability analysis, data processing, and interpretation with statistical techniques.
• Collaborate with design, product management and marketing to define specifications.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers in reliability engineering practices.
• Manage multiple projects to meet schedules and quality expectations.
