Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, systems, robotics or related engineering field.
• 5+ years in product development, systems, reliability, test or similar.
• Experience with requirements management and leading a project function.
• Background in test development, data collection and analytics; HALT a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across levels; travel 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for product testing, reliability, requirements management and warranty analysis.
• Define product specifications with design engineers and marketing for life, durability and user needs.
• Lead design reviews and present project status, risks, and readiness for testing.
• Develop reliability, design and validation assessments for successful product introductions.
• Ensure completion of qualification test plans and perform root cause analysis when needed.
• Develop test procedures and validate methods to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze usage and risk with statistical techniques and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with global engineers, suppliers and manufacturing.
• Track multiple projects to ensure schedule adherence.
