Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the Battery System Reliability team. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop, test and improve reliability for energized power tools, using DoE, life data analysis and statistical methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in reliability, quality, testing or process engineering environments (1–3 years).
• Experience with DoE, life data analysis and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing plans and procedures to ensure reliability and quality.
• Lead risk assessments (Design and Manufacturing) during product development.
• Collaborate with global suppliers to ensure component quality.
• Apply statistical analysis to analyze product data and communicate findings.
