Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. seeks a Reliability Engineer to own reliability, availability, and lifecycle management for power-generation assets.

You will remotely monitor assets, analyze trends, and lead root-cause investigations with site teams and OEMs to prevent failures and optimize maintenance. You will travel 30–40% to assigned facilities, interface with operations, maintenance planners, and data-science teams, and influence CAPEX/OPEX planning and warranty activities across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, plus 5+ years of reliability/maintenance experience on gas turbines or rotating equipment.
• Experience with maintenance planning and CMMS/EAM systems.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% and work at industrial sites in the US.

Responsibilities

• Review alerts and trends; decide actions for action-now, watch, or noise.
• Troubleshoot trips/derates with site teams, remotely or on site.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions; ensure lessons learned.
• Assess OEM service bulletins and plan maintenance actions with operations teams.
• Shape spare parts scope and assist with CAPEX/OPEX planning for overhauls.
• Warranty claims management and collaboration with OEMs and Solaris leaders.
