Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Reliability Specialist to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime across our refinery assets. You will provide technical guidance, develop maintenance standards, and collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize safety, cost, and long-term plant performance.

Qualifications

• 2 year / Associate Degree (Required).
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Six (6) or more years Oil & Gas or related experience (Required).
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on operating units and equipment to maintain and improve safety, environmental standards, reliability, and operating cost.
• Develop maintenance standards and standardized work practices with subject matter experts.
• Manage assets to peak performance and support capital improvements for long-term sustainable performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to implement best practices in maintenance and reliability.
