Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Reliability Engineer/Manager to sustain and improve mechanical equipment, ensure safe operations, and lead reliability projects across the site. You will manage reliability initiatives, document corrective actions, and coordinate with internal groups to meet safety and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Two+ years of management experience (required).
• Eight+ years in a related field (required).
• CMRP certification preferred; MLT 1 certification preferred.
• 10 years experience with industrial rotating equipment in hydrocarbon environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability engineering projects to improve process safety and reliability.
• Guide teams to achieve site reliability and cost goals.
• Develop RCA focus and drive corrective actions across functional groups.
• Ensure compliance with engineering practices and mechanical integrity.
• Serve as Reliability Department budget owner and SPOC with corporate rel.
