Job summary
Delek US is seeking an E&I Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability of electrical and instrumentation equipment within the refinery. This engineer drives maintenance, safety, and process improvement while collaborating across the refining organization.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining reliability strategies and supporting compliance across operating units. Exceptional benefits include 401(k) matching and medical benefits from day one.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) – Required.
- Four (4) or more years Oil & Gas or related experience – Required.
- Eight (8) or more years Oil & Gas or related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability improvement projects and maintain E&I documentation.
- Provide engineering support for compliance programs.
- Analyze E&I failure trends and implement corrective actions.
