Eaton is seeking an Engineering Reliability Specialist in Raleigh, NC, a hybrid role with relocation assistance for qualified US candidates. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical role.
Minimum 4 years of experience in advanced (R&D) engineering or new product development programs.
DFSS Greenbelt certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead comprehensive system reliability and safety program plans; track progress and recommend gate decisions.
Lead DfR initiatives for electrical distribution and control systems; define reliability and safety requirements.
Build system-level reliability models and manage a system reliability growth plan.
Support PROLaunch/DFSS projects and deploy Black/Green Belt resources.
Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams using A3 and 8D methodologies; implement corrective actions.
Analyze warranty and field failure data; establish reliability metrics and drive improvements.
