Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Senior Reliability Lead for a combat vehicle development program. You will interface with USG and program management on reliability procedures and deliverables, and coordinate the reliability team's efforts.

The role requires 10 to 15 years of reliability experience, knowledge of DFMEA/FMECA, and ability to develop reliability allocations and predictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Systems, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred)
• 10 to 15 years of Reliability experience required
• Certified Reliability Engineer is a plus

Responsibilities

• Interface with USG and program management on Reliability procedures and deliverables
• Coordinate the Reliability team's efforts and develop deliverables
• Apply reliability standards to support design; develop allocations and predictions; perform DFMEA/FMECA and fault tree analyses
