Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead hardware reliability programs in the sleep fitness autonomous tech space. You will own reliability targets for electromechanical systems, drive cross-functional collaboration, and implement robust test strategies from design through validation.

The role emphasizes predicting failure modes early, applying DoE, FMEA, Weibull analysis, and advanced data analytics with Python/MATLAB.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on reliability engineering experience.
• Experience with electromechanical systems or sensors.
• Strong physics of failure and reliability principles.
• Experience with environmental and mechanical stress testing.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW).
• Experience with reliability tools: FMEA, Weibull, SPC, HALT/HASS, ALT.
• Experience with reliability test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability engineering across hardware programs.
• Apply Design for Reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and execute test strategies to uncover failure modes.
• Translate analyses into targeted test plans.
• Plan and run DOE to address key concerns.
• Design and optimize test fixtures for stresses.
• Lead failure analysis investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Use data analytics tools for testing workflows and modeling.
• Champion continuous improvement of reliability processes and tools.
