Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware reliability engineering, ideally in automotive, aerospace, or heavy‑duty vehicle industries.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong collaboration across HW/SW/Mech teams and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python) and reliability tools.
• Knowledge of reliability testing methods and automotive standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware reliability testing and validation for automotive drive-by-wire systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure system reliability.
• Develop, implement, and monitor reliability testing protocols (stress, environmental, FMEA).
• Analyze failure data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Create reports and present findings to stakeholders to guide improvements and risk decisions.
• Mentor engineers and promote reliability best practices across teams.
