Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is required.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in machinery, electrical systems, and components (emphasis on automation).
- Develop TPM processes and maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Create SAP maintenance activities and track GR/GI workflows.
- Design and implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve MTBF.
- Provide technical support and training to operators on proper machine handling.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams for process optimization.
