You will enhance observability, operability, and uptime, collaborating with multiple software teams to improve architecture, tests, and deployment processes. The role includes on-call duties and ongoing automation efforts to deliver robust, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reliability Engineering; 5+ years preferred.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to program in Python, Java, C++, or Rust.
• Proactive problem solving and automation focus.
• Experience automating processes and solving problems algorithmically.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and operational support for critical systems.
• Develop software for systems, services, tools and libraries.
• Improve reliability through observability, operability, scalability and availability.
• Build automation-oriented software for maintainable, scalable systems.
• Maintain rigorous change management and continuous improvement of tests and automated checks.
• Collaborate with software teams on architecture, reliability, performance and tooling.
• Own daily operation and monitoring of production environments.
• Participate in on-call support rotation.
