Job summary
A-dec is seeking a Sr Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to own complex production equipment across its lifecycle. You will drive reliability, preventive maintenance, asset management, and lifecycle strategies to improve safety, availability and performance, while mentoring the team across Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering.
You will lead RCA, FMEA, and RCM efforts, develop maintenance standards, manage CMMS data, and collaborate on capital plans to optimize equipment performance and cost
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of maintenance engineering and asset management.
- Experience with RCA, FMEA, RCM and condition-based maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
- Ability to develop procedures and documentation for maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance reporting.
- Ability to analyze maintenance data for engineering decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance procedures, standard work instructions, job plans, and documentation for complex equipment.
- Analyze complex failures and downtime; lead corrective actions to improve reliability.
- Develop equipment criticality rankings and lifecycle plans.
- Lead RCA, FMEA, and RCM improvement activities; mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and vendors to implement improvements.
- Maintain asset records, BOMs, and documentation in CMMS.
- Support capital equipment planning and deployment.
- Plan maintenance scheduling strategies with leadership.
- Provide technical leadership and training to team.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
