Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a senior leader to drive reliability and maintenance excellence across multiple locations. You will develop preventive/predictive maintenance strategies, lead major improvement projects, and optimize asset availability while reducing downtime and costs.

The role requires a strong background in RCFA, FMEA, FMCA, and CMMS-enabled asset management, with leadership and training capabilities to mentor teams and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required; ME is preferred.
• Maintenance and Reliability Professional or Reliability Leader Certification will be highly preferred.
• Vibration Analyst or Thermography Certification will be considered a plus.
• Project Management Certification will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish strategies to improve preventive/predictive maintenance across multiple locations.
• Lead Maintenance and Operations improvement projects across multiple locations.
• Maximize equipment reliability focusing on availability, downtime reduction, and maintenance cost reductions.
• Use reliability processes to advise clients on asset management and perform RCFA, FMEA, FMCA analyses; manage CMMS.
• Identify cost improvement opportunities and oversee service delivery activities.
• Train employees on Reliability Centered Maintenance and CMMS systems.
• Preserve Mentor Technical Group as the preferred reliability services provider.
