Mentor Technical Group seeks a Senior Reliability & Maintenance leader to drive predictive maintenance programs and asset reliability across multiple sites, including Puerto Rico. You will implement RCFA, FMEA/FMCA, and CMMS improvements while coaching teams and optimizing maintenance planning.

Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; ME preferred.
- Relevant certifications in maintenance & reliability highly regarded.
Responsabilidades
- Develop strategies that improve preventive/predictive maintenance across locations.
- Lead maintenance and operations improvement projects.
- Increase equipment reliability by reducing downtime and costs.
- Apply RCFA, FMEA/FMCA methods and maintain CMMS documentation.
- Identify cost improvement opportunities and oversee service delivery.
- Train staff on RCM, reliability tech, maintenance planning and CMMS.
