Job summary

Steel Warehouse is seeking a Corporate Reliability Engineer to lead enterprise-wide equipment reliability, predictive maintenance and asset performance initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role owns the AssetWatch predictive maintenance program and drives effective use of Limble CMMS integration.

The candidate will review health data, lead RCAs, support plant maintenance teams and collaborate across locations to optimize workflows and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance/reliability experience.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• CMMS experience; Limble CMMS preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review condition monitoring and equipment health data.
• Lead root cause investigations.
• Support plant maintenance teams.
• Optimize AssetWatch and Limble workflows.
• Develop KPI reporting and accountability.
