The Reliability Engineer will report to the Lynn Programs Flight Safety & Reliability Manager and be responsible for contributing to the design and development of products, primarily for military customers, by working with design and systems engineers and directly with the customer.

Job Description

As the Reliability Engineer, your responsibilities include:

  1. Executing reliability analyses for assigned projects to meet business standards, procedures, and product/program requirements.
  2. Developing Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) data.
  3. Building specialized knowledge in the discipline and serving as a resource for Reliability guidance to colleagues and programs.
  4. Collaborating to ensure program Reliability requirements are achieved.
  5. Contributing to strategy and policy development for Reliability at GE Aviation.
  6. Participating in cross-functional projects and presenting outcomes to business leaders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
