The position targets mid-senior level professionals with leadership experience in electrical, instrumentation, and control systems within the petrochemical sector. The role focuses on developing and leading I&E reliability programs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.
• 2 years of leadership over technical teams within the petrochemical or related industry.
• Experience with electrical high voltage equipment, instrumentation, analyzers, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities and provide vision for the I&E Reliability team.
• Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve improvement opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and manage I&E Reliability programs (instrumentation, safety, PM/PDM, spare parts, RCA).
• Attend and support PHA and SILD studies at the site.
• Lead best-practice initiatives and ensure timely completion of action items.
