Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in petrochemical or related manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in reliability strategies and lifecycle plans for electrical/instrumentation assets.
• Strong knowledge of IEEE, ISA, NFPA, NEC, API standards; PSM/SIS/IEC 61511, ISA 84, SIL valued.
• Ability to influence across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise E&I reliability program, identifying gaps and improving equipment availability across multiple operating sites.
• Lead failure and root cause analyses, lifecycle strategies and the transition toward condition-based maintenance where appropriate.
• Shape E&I standards and technical decisions across reliability, improvement and capital projects, while coaching site teams and sharing best practices.
• Strengthen electrical and process safety performance through HAZOP, LOPA and SIL support, NEC compliance, power reliability and electrical system studies.
