Job summary

Lynn Rodens in Geismar, LA is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation professional for an onsite role improving plant reliability, safety, and operational performance. You will serve as a subject matter expert and own key electrical/instrumentation systems across the plant.

Requirements include 8+ years in industrial E&I, hands-on troubleshooting, RCFA expertise, and a background in leading technical efforts and commissioning activities. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

8+ years of electrical and instrumentation experience in an industrial manufacturing or processing plant.
Strong hands-on field or plant experience with troubleshooting and equipment reliability.
Proven expertise performing root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implementing permanent corrective actions.
Experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert for plant electrical and instrumentation systems.
Commissioning experience supporting operational and reliability improvements.
Passion for continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
Engineering degree or equivalent technical background is welcomed.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for electrical and instrumentation equipment onsite.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and RCFA to develop permanent corrective actions.
Develop practical long-term solutions and support commissioning activities.
Partner with operations and maintenance to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement and influence long-term plant success.
