You will serve as SME for electrical and instrumentation systems, partnering with operations and maintenance teams to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and drive plant improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical and instrumentation experience in industrial manufacturing or processing plants.
• Hands-on field or plant experience with troubleshooting and improving equipment reliability.
• Experience performing RCFA and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Experience as technical lead or SME for plant electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Commissioning experience to support operational and reliability improvements.
• Passion for continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for electrical and instrumentation equipment, partnering with operations and maintenance to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and RCFA activities to develop long-term solutions.
• Support commissioning activities focused on plant improvements rather than capital projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure safety and operational excellence in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
