Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer or related role.
• Experience with braking system components and failure modes.
• Familiarity with CMMs and service documentation; FRACA analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers by providing solutions to technical issues from entry into service to end-of-life.
• Perform design improvements with minimal supervision and coordinate offshore data mining of teardown reports to establish failure causes.
• Update CMMs for in-service aircraft model programs; support NPI and aftermarket milestones.
• Interface with OEM customer support engineers and cross-functional teams to solve product deficiencies and manufacturing issues.
