Job summary

Parker Hannifin Parflex Division is seeking a Digital & IT Analyst to design, implement, and support manufacturing IT solutions. You will work on full‑stack web apps, API integrations across MES/ERP/SCADA, and IIoT data pipelines to enhance production performance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years IT experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. Location: Ravenna, OH with travel as needed. Agile/Waterfall project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 2+ years related IT experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack application development for manufacturing workflows (React/Angular with C#/.NET or Python).
• Design and maintain APIs/interfaces across MES, ERP, SCADA, data historians, and other plant systems to ensure reliable, secure data exchange.
• IIoT data acquisition: connect to PLCs/sensors and standardize machine data.
• Create dashboards and reports for KPIs to support operators through leadership.
• Support production systems, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and provide on-call support.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure SDLC/DevOps alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Waterfall methods to deliver projects.
