Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer in Bowling Green, KY. You will lead maintenance automation, troubleshoot PLCs and robotics, and drive PM programs to improve OEE and reliability.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred for advancement and scope.
Experience in manufacturing, automation, and reliability improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and optimize industrial control systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
Lead RCA and downtime reduction initiatives with maintenance teams.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance, PMs, and reliability programs.
Monitor KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF) and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with technicians, production, and engineering on projects.
Ensure safety and compliance in all controls modifications.
