Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, seeks a Senior Maintenance Engineer in Bowling Green, KY. You will improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance performance through advanced troubleshooting, automation and preventive maintenance.

Youll lead RCA efforts, develop PM programs, and analyze KPIs to drive reliability. Strong PLC, robotics, vision, and SAP PM expertise are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years (Bachelor's) or 9 years (Associate) in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong troubleshooting with PLCs, automation, electrical controls.
Experience with SAP PM and maintenance data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead RCA for major equipment failures and downtime.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor KPIs such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF.
Coordinate with maintenance, production, and quality teams.
