Job summary

Saransh Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead planning, execution, flow optimization, and continuous improvement across a large-scale Agile product organization. The role is onsite in Irving, TX as a W2 position.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, promote Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery best practices, and use dashboards to improve delivery predictability and maturity across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in large-scale Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and continuous delivery.
• Experience facilitating enterprise planning events and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to use metrics and dashboards to drive performance and predictability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate BRP and I&A planning events; coordinate post-BRP activities.
• Lead monthly and product-specific planning sessions and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Lead Agile rhythms, routines, and scaling events; track progress against objectives.
• Promote continuous delivery, DevOps maturity, and technology initiatives.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments; drive delivery maturity.
• Coach teams on Agile transformation, SDLC, and governance standards.
• Develop dashboards and track delivery metrics for predictability and governance.
