Job summary

LPL Financial in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Vice President Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead agile delivery at enterprise scale within the EPMO. This AVP role partners with senior leaders to align roadmaps, coach delivery teams, and ensure governance of scope, timeline, and budget.

You will facilitate ART events, drive continuous improvement, manage dependencies and risks, provide executive updates, and mentor Scrum Masters and product owners to raise Agile maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, project management, or technology leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Agile Release Train Leadership: Serve as the primary servant leader for the Agile Release Train, facilitate ART events and ensure alignment between business priorities and execution.
• Program Execution & Delivery: Monitor ART progress toward objectives, manage risks and dependencies, escalate impediments, and coordinate across multiple Agile teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Portfolio Management, and Technology Leadership; provide transparent reporting on ART performance and delivery outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive optimization initiatives, coach on Agile practices and Lean-Agile mindset, and facilitate problem-solving sessions.
