Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager, Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Train execution, facilitate SAFe ceremonies, and drive delivery excellence across cross-functional teams supporting client reporting platforms and data workflows in the Banking & Financial Services domain for a large Asset Management client.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, delivery leads, Product Management, Business Analysts, and clients, coaching teams on

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of BFS experience with Asset Management exposure.
• Proven experience as an RTE within a SAFe framework.
• Strong background in business analysis, particularly around client reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication in a consulting delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RTE for the Agile Release Train, facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery leads on reporting priorities.
• Remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure predictable delivery.
• Translate reporting and data requirements into actionable backlogs and ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Coach teams on SAFe/Agile practices and track ART metrics for senior stakeholders.
