Job summary

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated Release Train Engineer to lead an agile release train in Washington, DC, overseeing two development teams, two infrastructure teams, and an operations/support group. The RTE will drive delivery excellence, governance, and continuous improvement with a focus on quality and client value.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and SAFe or Scrum Master certification with several years of experience in a SAFe environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certified RTE or Scrum Master with 3+ years SAFe experience.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex workloads and cross‑team dependencies.
• Experience with Agile planning, backlog refinement, delivery tracking, and risk management.
• Experience delivering executive-ready presentations and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate execution across development, infrastructure, and operations/support teams.
• Drive achievement of contract KPIs, including delivery timeliness, quality, throughput, SLA adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish, maintain, and refine SOPs, templates, workflows, and governance practices.
• Facilitate PI planning, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and client meetings.
• Coach BAs and team leads on requirements quality, prioritization, roadmap planning, backlog management, and value articulation.
• Develop presentations, agendas, and customer-facing materials; ensure readiness for demos and executive discussions.
• Track and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across teams; escalate and drive resolution.
• Support design and prototype development engagements; ensure timely wireframes and technical drafts.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate with clients, team members, and leadership; provide concise updates and follow-ups.
• Ensure predictable sprint and PI execution through coaching and coordination.
• Develop and maintain release train reporting, throughput metrics, dashboards, and quality indicators.
• Foster psychological safety, team cohesion, and professional growth.
