Job summary

Box is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Release Management, to lead end-to-end release activities across GTM and product teams. You will coordinate with product marketing, operations, and legal to ensure timely launches in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of program management, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Google Sheets. A hybrid work model with 3+ days in the office is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program and project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with Google Sheets or related project management tools.
• Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end release management process from product release to production launch and GTM planning.
• Coordinate with product management, GTM teams, product operations, and legal to ensure launch tasks are delivered.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional operational issues with legal, technical accounting, and go-to-market teams.
• Facilitate conversations and drive consensus on complex problems with diverse viewpoints.
• Partner with product marketing to develop quarterly marketing plans, tiering, and major product launches.
• Drive product release activities with product management for successful deployment to production.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for release timing, status, and details.
