Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership with proven team development.
• Hands-on with ITIL change management, risk classification and audit evidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of release engineers and coordinators.
• Own production release calendar end to end and governance.
• Lead deployment engineering and pursue automation and progressive delivery.
• Own root-cause analysis for release incidents and implement improvements.
• Communicate release status to engineering leadership and executives.
