Asplundh Tree Expert Co is seeking a Sr. Relay Technician in Albert Lea, Minnesota. This role specializes in electrical testing and maintenance of relays in power stations. Responsibilities include leading safety briefings, troubleshooting, and performing tests on electrical components. The ideal candidate has a degree in electrical technology and relevant industry experience, along with strong leadership and analytical skills. In addition, the position offers competitive pay ranging from $55.00 to $90.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
• Able to work overtime and travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety briefings and identify hazards on job site.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of substation control circuits.
• Interact with customers and perform complex troubleshooting.

Connaissances

Hands on experience installing, maintaining, testing & repairing protective relays

Knowledge of relay test software

Ability to analyze protection schemes

Strong troubleshooting skills

Formation

Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical / Electronic technology

5+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience
