Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in protective relaying for utility substations.
Strong working knowledge of microprocessor-based relays.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform outdoor work.
Responsibilities
Lead job briefings and reinforce a 'Safety First' culture.
Perform relay testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Create and maintain accurate test reports and documentation.
Mentor onsite technicians and coordinate with project managers.
