Job summary

Qualus is seeking experienced Relay Testing Professionals (Level III, Senior, Lead) for field engineering in the US. You will commission and test protection and control schemes for substations and plants, using IEDs and SCADA interfaces, with travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, reviewing drawings, and leading project tasks. A strong background in relay testing and relevant electrical experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relay testing and commissioning in substations.
• Experience reading One Line, AC/DC diagrams; field work in varied environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Red-lines design drawings (Single Line, wiring, BOM).
• End-to-End testing of protection and control schemes.
• Test IEDs manually and with automated test sets (Doble 6150, Omicron, Manta).
• Lead tasks within projects and provide technical leadership.
• Conduct weekly site safety inspections and ensure compliance.
