Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters. You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne tools, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

Responsibilities include transforming case needs into data workflows, leveraging RelativityOne analytics and scripting, and ensuring proper intake, processing, loading, production, and archival of evidence with strict quality control.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication with attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
