KLA Industries, a leading law firm support team, seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne tools, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers on complex litigation matters.

You will handle intake, processing, loading, production, and archival workflows, while ensuring data integrity and secure handling of materials. Strong scripting and analytics capabilities are required.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
