Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Systems Administrator II to support a large federal agency with a focus on Relativity databases, ARM workflows, and archival controls.

Responsibilities include leading a technical team, consulting with COR and government attorneys, and delivering system designs that meet regulatory requirements. A strong background in latency-free collaboration and document management is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creating ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Usually at least five years hands-on experience with the systems used.
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments including office networks and server-based databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage archiving of Relativity databases and document workflow per policy.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers and trial attorneys on IT needs and approach.
• Design systems to meet defined requirements and lead project teams.
• Direct and supervise personnel to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Prepare system/technical documentation and training materials.
