Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to support a large Federal agency from our Miami, FL team. You will archive Relativity databases, design workflow processes, and ensure deliverables meet policy and schedule.

The ideal candidate has significant Relativity experience, can create ARM workflows, lead a technical team, and communicate with COR and attorneys. A Public Trust clearance is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in a tech field is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Able to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in relevant systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Archive Relativity databases and document workflows per policy.
• Design systems to meet contract requirements and provide evaluations.
• Lead and supervise technical staff; coordinate with COR, attorneys, and task orders.
• Prepare system documentation and training materials.
