Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join a team supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. The role focuses on managing Relativity databases, ARM workflows, and ensuring compliance with destruction/deletion policies across the IT stack.

The position reports to higher-level IT management, requires substantial hands-on Relativity experience, and involves coordinating with COR and trial attorneys on system requirements and technical approaches.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including ARM workflows and permissions.
• Five years of hands-on IT/system experience in related environments.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Archive/identify/delete materials per policy; document workflow processes.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT requirements.
• Lead technical team; provide direction and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Design and implement system solutions based on defined requirements; perform testing and validation.
• Prepare system/technical documentation and training materials; conduct user training.
