Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency.

We offer growth opportunities and a collaborative environment, with exposure to cutting-edge technology and complex government systems. Ideal candidates will have extensive Relativity experience, ARM workflows, and the ability to lead a technical team while communicating with attorneys and COR.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Five+ years of hands‑on experience in the relevant systems; other environments may vary.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical team and provide direction; ensure designs meet functional requirements.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT needs and approaches.
• Develop system designs, document specifications, and deliverables; provide training materials.
