Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support a large Federal agency’s IT program. You will manage Relativity databases, archive workflows, and document processes in line with destruction policies and government guidelines.

This role reports to IT management and collaborates with contract personnel to deliver timely, compliant solutions. Ideal candidates have extensive Relativity experience, ARM workflow development, and prior supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move)
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs
• Hands-on experience on the systems being used, usually 5+ years
• Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, including office automation networks and server-based databases

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise IT tasks on contract/project orders
• Define system requirements and design complete systems to meet them
• Prepare system and technical documentation and training materials
• Coordinate with COR, Government Case Managers, and attorneys on IT needs and progress reporting
