CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join our eDiscovery team in Atlanta. You will work directly with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues, test releases, and set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows across workspaces.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in litigation support, a Relativity RCA certification, and strong communication skills. The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten years of litigation support experience with preferred four years in Relativity.
• Relativity RCA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches.
• Coordinate with technical support to resolve access, slowness, and viewer installation issues.
• Collaborate with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues.
• Assist in testing Relativity releases and setting up templates, views, scripts, or workflows.
• Maintain proficiency in Relativity analytics tools and stay updated on integrations and plugins.
• Advocate for feature requests and promote them to engineers and industry professionals.
• Deliver Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation.

Senior Relativity SME

CGS seeks a Senior Relativity SME to join our experienced team, working directly with Relativity staff to resolve software‑specific issues, test releases, and set up templates, views, scripts, or workflows across workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced‑level support and guidance in the use of Relativity to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity for search terms, date ranges, folder paths, and domain types using complex searches and custom indices (e.g., privilege screens, data prioritization) for matters involving litigation holds and other DOE/OGC/OIG matters.
• Work with the CFTC's technical support group to resolve user issues with access, slowness, freezing, and viewer installation.
• Work directly with Relativity’s staff as needed to resolve software‑specific issues.
• Play a key role in testing Relativity software releases and setting up templates, views, scripts, or workflows used across all workspaces or an entire division.
• Remain proficient in Relativity and all its analytics tools by staying abreast of updates, integrations, and plugins; active member of the Relativity User Portal; regular reader of the Relativity Blog and Ideas Digest.
• Advocate for new features requested by CFTC staff, submit ideas through the Relativity User Portal, and promote them to eLaw and other industry professionals or Relativity engineers.
• Perform Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation for various workflows.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of litigation support experience, including preferably four (4) years of progressively more advanced Relativity experience.
• Master’s degree or J.D.; a Bachelor’s degree plus an additional three (3) years of experience (for a total of 13 years) may be substituted for the Master’s degree.
• Relativity RCA certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks as defined in the scope of work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) Relativity certifications, preferably including the RCA.
• Relativity Master certification, ideal.
• Experience using LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, helpful but not required.
• Current or active clearance, preferred.
