Job summary

MAP Retirement USA LLC is seeking a Relationship Manager II to be the primary contact for retirement plan clients and their advisors, operating with autonomy and leading by example.

You will manage a dynamic book of business, guide complex plan matters, mentor RM I team members, and collaborate with actuaries and consultants on design and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or client services.
• Strong working knowledge of defined contribution plan compliance — ERISA, DOL, and IRS requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills — with clients, advisors, auditors, and colleagues.
• The ability to manage a complex, fast-moving book of business without losing the details.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship for your assigned clients and advisors — their first call is to you.
• Lead consultation calls with clients, auditors, and advisors on complex plan matters.
• Provide technical and compliance guidance with confidence and clarity.
• Resolve issues proactively — and bring in Plan Consultants as needed.
• Coach and train RM I team members and step in for the team lead when needed.
• Maintain accurate client records in PensionPro and coordinate with Finance on billing.
