MAP Retirement USA LLC is seeking a Relationship Manager II to be the primary contact for retirement plan clients and their advisors, operating with autonomy and leading by example.
You will manage a dynamic book of business, guide complex plan matters, mentor RM I team members, and collaborate with actuaries and consultants on design and compliance.
MAP Retirement offers a national platform, open PTO, and industry training as part of a people-first, growth‑oriented environment.
You’ve been doing this long enough to know that retirement plan administration requires both technical expertise and human judgment. You can navigate a complex compliance question and a difficult client conversation in the same afternoon — and make both look easy.
You don’t need close supervision to manage your book of business. You set the standard, and you help the people around you rise to it. You’re ready for a role where your experience is genuinely valued and your growth isn’t capped.
As a Relationship Manager II, you’re the primary contact for a book of retirement plan clients and their financial advisors. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, resolve complex issues independently, and serve as a mentor and resource for the RM I team. This is a role for someone who leads by example.
MAP Retirement is one of the few truly national TPAs in the country. While most of our competitors are local or regional, we support more than 10,000 retirement plans and more than 6,500 businesses nationwide — and growing. For an experienced RM, that means a more dynamic book of business, broader exposure, and real room to advance. We are a people-first organization. We invest in your continued development because we know experienced professionals still have room to grow — and because we want to keep them. We are technology-forward, but we are people-fueled.
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Salary $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
MAP Retirement is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, or criminal record.
