Job summary

OANDA Corporation in Chicago seeks a Relationship Manager to drive revenue by onboarding, retaining, and reactivating High-Value Clients (HVC). You will grow a pipeline of top-tier clients, educate on markets and leveraged trading, and manage inbound/outbound communications with care and a client-centric mindset.

The role is hybrid with in-office days in Chicago, requires 3–5 years of financial services sales experience, and a track record of meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in financial services or regulated environment.
• Licenses such as Series 3 & 34 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow a book of High-Value Clients (HVC) with a strong pipeline.
• Onboard, retain and reactivate clients, focusing on premium service.
• Educate clients about markets, leveraged trading and our product suite.
• Achieve KPIs and collaborate with accounts/operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
