Job summary

Opniscience is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for US hedge fund and private equity clients. You will be the primary contact, building strong, long-term relationships, managing expectations, and guiding clients through our services with proactive solutions.

You’ll lead onboarding and training, oversee end-to-end service delivery, provide strategic advisory, and drive regular QBRs. Collaborate with product, tech, and operations to improve client outcomes and scale our platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client-facing roles within fund administration, prime brokerage, or investment operations.
• Solid understanding of hedge fund and private equity structures and workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in senior stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at hedge funds, PE firms, and asset managers.
• Lead onboarding processes for new clients with clear communication on deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, reporting, accounting, and operational needs; manage timelines and expectations.
• Provide tailored strategic advisory to clients, helping navigate operational complexities and maximize platform value.
• Lead regular QBRs, check-ins, and meetings; ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients.
• Serve as first line of escalation for client-related issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Collect client feedback and translate into actionable insights for product and development teams.
